    • 2    Projekt von Alexandra Besta und Claudia Burr: Zuckerwatte und Brausetabletten wurden miteinander zu einer kleinen Kuppel geformt und mit einem dünnen Strahl aus rosa eingefärbtem Wasser beträufelt. Die vollständige Zersetzung dauerte ca. 30min.

    • This workshop will experiment with various aspects of demolition, seen as a positive process. There is a certain delight in seeing things collapse, explode, implode. We will look at the work of artists such as Gordon Matta Clark and Fischli & Weiss, who used demolition as a creative procedure, together with the everyday examples of demolition of houses, towers and other buildings. There can be a subtlety and a precise aesthetic to demolition, dependent on the relationship between original structure and means of demolition. We will then proceed to making simple models of buildings, and experiment with their demolition, recorded through photography and film.
